AI assistants

The Pneuma connector lets ChatGPT or Claude use your Pneuma account on your behalf. Ask the assistant for award flights and it runs the search on Pneuma, using the cards and points saved to your account, and shows you the results.

It gives you information only. It does not book flights, transfer points or take payments. You book with the airline or bank yourself.

The assistant can use these six tools:

• Find award flights: Starts a one-way search for a route, a date and a cabin.
• Get award results: Returns the flights found by a search, as they arrive.
• Get sweet spots: Shows good-value award routes from an airport you choose, or from the airport of your last search.
• Get my wallet: Lists the cards, points balances and frequent flyer accounts saved to your Pneuma account.
• Get transfer path: Shows how points on your cards move to an airline's miles, and at what ratio. If none of your cards transfer there, it lists the cards that do.
• Add my cards: Adds cards to your saved cards. It never removes a card.

The connector uses the same free searches and Pro plan as the website. Fair use is 20 searches a day, Pro included. Searches from the assistant and from the website count together.

Add Pneuma as a connector in ChatGPT or Claude. The assistant sends you to Pneuma to sign in. Our consent screen names the assistant and lists what it can see, and nothing is shared until you approve.

Remove Pneuma from the assistant's connector or app settings at any time. If the assistant makes no request for 7 days, its access also ends on its own.

To end the assistant's access on our side, email hello@pneuma.club from your account's email address and we will delete its tokens. Deleting your Pneuma account also ends its access.
